By accessing or using Hushan Hushan (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.'s ("HSHS Tech") products, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
HSHS Tech provides mobile and desktop software applications including but not limited to GIF Toolbox, Music Video Assistant, M4S Converter, and SmartDock. These services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Our products may offer free and paid plans. Pricing is subject to change with notice. Current pricing is always displayed on our product pages.
Paid subscriptions are billed through the respective payment platform on a recurring basis unless you cancel before the renewal date:
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate upon renewal. We will send a reminder email before each renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day guarantee.
We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
All content, features, and functionality of our products are owned by HSHS Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create using our products. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSHS Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
