HSHS Tech Online Workspace User Agreement

1. Acceptance

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you, whether an individual or a single entity, and the developer/service provider of HSHS Tech Online Workspace regarding the app and related services. Before using the services, please carefully read all terms, especially disclaimers, limitations of liability, restrictions on user rights, dispute resolution, and applicable law clauses.

By downloading, installing, launching, logging in to, accessing, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. This Agreement is entered into by you and Hushan Hushan (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.. If you are a minor or do not have full legal capacity under applicable law, please read and decide whether to accept this Agreement with your parent or legal guardian.

If this Agreement is updated, the updated version will be published on the website, in the app, or through another reasonable method. Continuing to use the relevant services after publication means that you accept the updated Agreement. If you disagree, you should stop using the relevant services.

This document applies to the Web version of HSHS Tech Online Workspace. Website email accounts, the necessary session cookie, optional analytics, and online-tool file uploads, task processing, previews, result downloads, and credit settlement are governed by this document, feature notices, and browser settings.

2. Service

HSHS Tech Online Workspace provides email accounts, service-capability discovery, image upload, free previews, credit quotes, and online transparent-background conversion. Available features depend on server capability state, on-screen notices, region, and account state.

You must ensure that you have lawful rights to process, import, edit, organize, delete, export, publish, or share files, photos, videos, text, links, or other content with the app. You are responsible for your use results and sharing activities.

3. User Conduct

• Do not use the app for unlawful activities, or publish, transmit, store, edit, or share unlawful content.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, portrait, reputation, trade secret, data protection, or other legal rights.
• Do not disrupt, bypass, reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, interfere with, or attempt to obtain source code, internal mechanisms, or non-public data of the app or related services.
• Do not use scripts, plug-ins, automated programs, crawlers, batch registration, traffic fraud, cracking, piracy, or shared accounts in a way that affects service security, fair use, or business order.
• Do not obtain, transfer, rent, lend, sell, or resell accounts, tasks, credits, or services through unofficial channels, or use scripts or technical vulnerabilities to repeatedly claim, transfer, or abnormally consume credits.

4. Account and Credit Services

Online tools require sign-in through the website email account service. Before a final conversion, the page displays the server-provided credit quote and currently available credits. Credits are reserved or deducted according to task state only after you confirm the quote, and are released or returned under the on-screen rules when a task fails or is canceled. Credit balances, expiry, and acquisition methods are governed by the actual page, campaign rules, and server records. You are responsible for safeguarding your email, password, verification codes, and device, and for activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The app software, interface, trademarks, names, text, graphics, media content, data structures, functional design, and related technology are owned by us or relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially use them without authorization. The original rights in content processed through the app remain owned by you or the relevant rights holders.

6. Service Risks and Limitation of Liability

Internet services may be affected by force majeure, viruses, attacks, system instability, device failures, network operators, third-party services, platform review, or policy changes. We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure operation or suitability for every specific need.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update this Agreement or modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services within the scope permitted by law due to business, legal, platform-review, security, or product-iteration needs. If you violate this Agreement, we may take measures such as reminders, feature restrictions, service suspension, service termination, account bans, or legal action based on the circumstances.

8. Privacy

Protecting user privacy is an important principle. We process personal information according to the Privacy Policy, Personal Information Collection List, and Third-Party SDK Sharing List, and take reasonable measures to protect information security.
