Settle iOS User Agreement

1. Acceptance

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you, whether an individual or a single entity, and the developer/service provider of Settle regarding the app and related services. Before using the services, please carefully read all terms, especially disclaimers, limitations of liability, restrictions on user rights, dispute resolution, and applicable law clauses.

By downloading, installing, launching, logging in to, accessing, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. This Agreement is entered into by you and Hushan Hushan (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.. If you are a minor or do not have full legal capacity under applicable law, please read and decide whether to accept this Agreement with your parent or legal guardian.

If this Agreement is updated, the updated version will be published on the website, in the app, or through another reasonable method. Continuing to use the relevant services after publication means that you accept the updated Agreement. If you disagree, you should stop using the relevant services.

This document applies to the iOS version of Settle. Downloads, updates, account services, payments, refunds, permission prompts, or system capabilities may be provided by App Store, Sign in with Apple, Apple In-App Purchase, or the operating system, and may also be governed by their official terms, privacy policies, and on-screen notices.

2. Service

Settle provides features for white noise, ambient sound mixing, sleep, and focus support tool. Specific features may differ by app version, platform, region, distribution channel, and review status.

You must ensure that you have lawful rights to process, import, edit, organize, delete, export, publish, or share files, photos, videos, text, links, or other content with the app. You are responsible for your use results and sharing activities.

Some features may require login through Sign in with Apple or VIP activation through Apple In-App Purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, device, verification codes, payment credentials, and authorization information. VIP benefits, prices, validity, refunds, support, and platform rules are governed by in-app displays, this Agreement, the VIP Agreement, payment platform rules, and App Store rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The app software, interface, trademarks, names, text, graphics, media content, data structures, functional design, and related technology are owned by us or relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially use them without authorization. The original rights in content processed through the app remain owned by you or the relevant rights holders.

6. Service Risks and Limitation of Liability

Internet services may be affected by force majeure, viruses, attacks, system instability, device failures, network operators, third-party services, platform review, or policy changes. We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure operation or suitability for every specific need.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update this Agreement or modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services within the scope permitted by law due to business, legal, platform-review, security, or product-iteration needs. If you violate this Agreement, we may take measures such as reminders, feature restrictions, service suspension, service termination, account bans, or legal action based on the circumstances.

8. Privacy

Protecting user privacy is an important principle. We process personal information according to the Privacy Policy, Personal Information Collection List, and Third-Party SDK Sharing List, and take reasonable measures to protect information security.
