This Agreement is a legal agreement between you, whether an individual or a single entity, and the developer/service provider of Music Video Helper (the "App") regarding the App and related services. Before using the services, please carefully read all terms, especially disclaimers, limitations of liability, restrictions on user rights, dispute resolution, and applicable law clauses. If you are a minor or do not have full legal capacity under the law applicable to you, please read and decide whether to accept this Agreement with your parent or legal guardian.
If this Agreement is updated, the updated version will be published on the website, in the App, or through another reasonable method. The updated terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the relevant services. Continuing to access, view, log in to, or use the services means that you understand and accept the updated Agreement.
Developer / we: the individual, legal person, or organization that develops the App and provides services to users, currently Hushan Hushan (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd..
App: the application developed to provide services to users, including tool services, media services, account services, payment services, and other existing or future services.
1. The App and services are protected by copyright, intellectual property laws, international treaties, and other applicable laws.
2. You may use the App and services only in compliance with applicable laws and this Agreement. You may not:
2.1 Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other rights notices from the App or copies of the App.
2.2 Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or internal mechanisms of the App except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
2.3 Use, copy, modify, link, reproduce, compile, publish, mirror, commercialize, or create derivative works based on the App, service information, interface, text, images, or technology without our prior written consent.
2.4 Use the App or services to publish, transmit, store, convert, edit, or share content that violates applicable laws, harms national or public security, incites violence or hatred, is obscene or pornographic, harassing, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
2.5 Use the App or services to infringe intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, data protection rights, or other lawful rights of any person.
2.6 Engage in conduct that harms computer network security, including unauthorized access, data scraping, vulnerability scanning without permission, interference with systems, spreading malware, forging network packets, or disrupting normal network services.
3. You understand that internet-based services may be affected by unstable factors, including force majeure, viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, location, device shutdown, communication lines, network operators, third-party services, and app-store policies. Service interruption or failure to meet specific requirements may occur.
4. You understand that when using internet services you may encounter content or behavior from others that is threatening, defamatory, offensive, illegal, anonymous, or impersonated. You assume the risks associated with your own use and interactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the services "as is" and do not make warranties of truthfulness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or complete security.
5. You must comply with applicable laws, policies, platform rules, and public order. You are solely responsible for liabilities arising from unlawful or improper use of the App, including content publication, transmission, storage, editing, conversion, or sharing.
6. Protecting user privacy is an important principle of the App. We will take reasonable measures to protect personal information and will not disclose it to unrelated third parties without your consent except as required by law, authorized by you, necessary for service provision, or described in the Privacy Policy.
7. You must not use the App to send or spread illegal, false, harassing, insulting, threatening, harmful, destructive, provocative, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate information.
8. Please do not disclose sensitive property information, bank card information, credit card information, account credentials, verification codes, or similar important data while using the App. Losses caused by your own disclosure or improper custody shall be borne by you unless caused by our fault or as otherwise required by applicable law.
9. You must use the App lawfully and properly. If you disturb public order, harass or deceive other users, abuse services, exploit vulnerabilities, or otherwise violate this Agreement, we may suspend or terminate services, restrict features, remove content, or take other reasonable measures.
10. For the overall operation, security, compliance, product iteration, or business adjustment of the App, we may modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services within the scope permitted by law. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice.
11. The App may include services provided by third-party SDKs, payment channels, login providers, app stores, analytics providers, advertising providers, or open-source communities. Disputes caused by third-party services shall be handled according to the third party's terms and applicable law, while we will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.
12. For users outside mainland China, this Agreement will be interpreted together with mandatory consumer protection, data protection, app-store, and platform rules applicable in your country or region. Nothing in this Agreement limits non-waivable rights granted to you by applicable law.
13. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court or other dispute resolution body according to applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules.
