To provide email accounts, necessary sessions, credit-pack purchases, and online creation capabilities for HSHS Tech, keep accounts, payments, and tasks secure, and comply with applicable law, we process personal information and files you actively submit according to the list below.
This document applies to the Web version of HSHS Tech. Website email accounts, the necessary session cookie, optional analytics, WeChat Pay Native QR purchases of credit packs, and online-tool file uploads, task processing, previews, result downloads, and credit settlement are governed by this document, feature notices, and browser settings.

Permission-Related Information
- Access the network for email verification, sign-in, session renewal, sign-out, capability discovery, WeChat Pay order creation and status queries, and online task requests
- Only after you actively select a file through the browser file picker, read its content to identify the format, check limits, calculate a digest, show a local preview, and upload it after you start a preview or conversion
- Use the browser's private site storage to keep the active task source temporarily so an unfinished task can be restored in the same browser, and delete it when the task ends or expires
- Use a necessary HttpOnly cookie to maintain sign-in state without exposing the session token to page JavaScript
- Use optional analytics storage for anonymous visit identifiers and page interaction events only after your consent
Data Minimization
We follow data minimization. A file is uploaded only after you actively select it and start a preview or conversion. File digests, media attributes, task state, quotes, and credit records are used only to verify the source, execute the task, and settle credits.
To restore an unfinished task in the same browser, the task source is temporarily kept in the browser's private site storage under the task identifier and file digest. It is deleted when the task succeeds, fails, is canceled, or expires, and this recovery cache does not cause an additional upload.
The necessary session cookie works independently of optional analytics consent. Optional analytics starts only after you explicitly accept it. Preview, upload authorization, and result access are subject to the expiry shown on the page and the server-side task policy.
The payment QR code, order state, and polling state are used only in page memory and are not written to LocalStorage, SessionStorage, or IndexedDB. The server retains order, callback, and audit records only as necessary for payment completion, credit fulfillment, refund review, ledger reconciliation, security, and legal obligations.
