Settle iOS Disclaimer

1. By downloading, installing, logging in to, accessing, or using Settle (the "App"), you are deemed to have carefully read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer, the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other service rules published for the App.

This document applies to the iOS version of Settle. Downloads, updates, account services, payments, refunds, permission prompts, or system capabilities may be provided by App Store, Sign in with Apple, Apple In-App Purchase, or the operating system, and may also be governed by their official terms, privacy policies, and on-screen notices.

2. The App provides tool capabilities for white noise, ambient sound mixing, sleep, and focus support tool. You are responsible for ensuring that your input content, processing, output, deletion, export, or sharing complies with law, app-store rules, third-party platform rules, and requirements applicable in your country or region.

3. Files, photos, videos, text, links, or other content imported, processed, organized, edited, deleted, exported, published, or shared through the App do not represent our opinions. We do not verify or endorse their truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, legality, copyright status, portrait rights, privacy compliance, or suitability.

4. Some information, media, links, open-source components, third-party SDKs, payment channels, account login services, advertising services, system capabilities, or app-store capabilities may be provided by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or services that are not under our actual control, except as required by applicable law.

5. You expressly understand and agree that your use of network services, account login, payment, feedback, media processing, local file processing, organization, deletion, export, sharing, and other features involves risks including but not limited to network interruption, device failure, storage failure, incompatible formats, inaccurate recognition, processing failure, misoperation, and third-party service exceptions. Please keep backups and confirm results before processing, deleting, overwriting, or sharing content.

6. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide any express or implied warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, compatible with every device or suitable for your specific purpose. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to reduce impact when service interruptions or defects occur.

7. You may not use the App, directly or indirectly, to violate applicable laws, public order, platform rules, or the lawful rights of any person, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, trade secrets, and data protection rights.

8. You are responsible for complaints, disputes, penalties, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of law, this Disclaimer, the User Agreement, third-party platform rules, or the content you process. If your conduct causes losses to us or any third party, you shall compensate them according to law.

9. Issues not covered by this Disclaimer shall be handled according to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, applicable laws, and generally accepted internet service practices. We reserve the right to update this Disclaimer where necessary.
