Welcome to Settle VIP service. Before activating, purchasing, restoring, renewing, or using the VIP Service, please carefully read and comply with this VIP Service Agreement, the Settle User Agreement, and the Settle Privacy Policy, especially terms about paid services, refunds, liability limits, benefit adjustments, and dispute resolution.
By tapping to agree, purchasing, activating, renewing, restoring, or otherwise using the VIP Service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope
This Agreement is entered into by all users who activate or use Settle VIP Service and Hushan Hushan (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.. This Agreement is a supplemental agreement to the User Agreement. If this Agreement conflicts with the User Agreement regarding VIP Service, this Agreement prevails.
2. VIP Service and Benefits
Settle VIP Service is a paid value-added service. Specific benefits, prices, validity periods, promotions, supported platforms, applicable versions, and restrictions are subject to purchase pages, benefit pages, campaign pages, or app-store displays.
Benefits may differ by version, platform, region, distribution channel, campaign rules, app-store review status, technical conditions, or business adjustments. We strive to provide stable and valuable services, but we do not guarantee that every benefit will be identical on every device, system version, or region.
3. Activation, Payment, and Refunds
You may activate VIP through official payment channels supported in the app. This platform version mainly uses WeChat Pay or app-store billing for purchases, renewals, restoration, or order verification. Do not purchase, rent, transfer, or trade VIP benefits through unofficial channels, as such transactions may not be protected.
Because VIP Service is a digital service that usually takes effect immediately after activation, fees are generally non-transferable and non-refundable after successful payment, except where required by law, app-store rules, payment platform rules, or where duplicate charges or inability to enjoy the purchased service is caused by our technical fault. If you request a refund, you may need to provide necessary information and cooperate with verification.
4. Use Rules
- VIP benefits are for reasonable personal use by the activated account and may not be rented, lent, sold, transferred, shared, split, commercialized, or used unlawfully.
- Do not use robots, scripts, plug-ins, cracking, tampering, batch registration, shared accounts, abnormal devices, technical vulnerabilities, or other improper methods to obtain, expand, transfer, or affect VIP benefits.
- You must safeguard your account, device, verification codes, and payment credentials. Losses caused by leakage, loss, theft, or unauthorized use not attributable to our fault shall be borne by you.
- To protect security, fair use, and platform compliance, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate VIP Service for abnormal accounts, abnormal devices, abnormal orders, or rule violations.
If you violate the above rules, we may modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of your VIP Service based on the circumstances, without compensation or refund except as required by law.
5. Benefit Adjustments and Service Changes
We may adjust VIP benefits, charging standards, service methods, or this Agreement due to business development, product iteration, platform review, legal compliance, third-party service changes, cost changes, or technical reasons. Adjustments will be displayed in the app, on the website, or through other reasonable methods. Continued use of VIP Service means acceptance of the adjustment.
6. Privacy and Support
We process personal information related to VIP Service, including account identifiers, order numbers, product information, payment status, membership validity, device information, and customer support records, according to the Privacy Policy.
