("we," "us," or "our") collect, use, store, share, transfer, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the App and related services. By agreeing to the User Agreement or continuing to use the App after this Policy is presented, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
Music Video Helper provides audio extraction, audio/video editing, conversion, trimming, playback, and sharing tools. We follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, transparency, security, and data minimization. For users outside mainland China, this Policy is intended to be read together with applicable data protection, consumer protection, app-store, and platform requirements in your country or region.
a) Personal registration or account information you provide when registering, logging in, restoring membership, using payment, or contacting us.
b) Information automatically received and recorded when you use network services or visit related pages, including IP address, device model, language, access date and time, software and hardware characteristics, operation logs, and similar data.
c) Personal data obtained from business partners through lawful means, such as payment status, channel statistics, or account authorization information, where necessary for service provision.
a) Content keywords, file names, media content, or other information you enter or select solely for local processing, unless a feature clearly requires network transmission.
b) Publicly available or user-published information that you choose to make public through third-party platforms.
c) Information related to violations of laws, service rules, or platform policies and measures taken in response.
To provide features, we collect and use personal information in the following ways:
1) Analytics: We integrate analytics SDKs such as Umeng to understand usage behavior and optimize product features. Information may include OAID, Android ID and other device identifiers, device model, system version, app version, usage duration, and event data. We use such data for statistics, compatibility analysis, and product optimization.
2) Advertising: We may integrate Pangle Ads and Tencent Youlianghui Ads to display ads and support app operation. Information may include OAID, Android ID, device information, network information, installed app list where permitted, ad views, clicks, and interaction data. You may manage personalized recommendation or ad tracking through App settings or device settings where supported.
3) Payment and account services: We integrate WeChat Open SDK and app-store payment capabilities to provide login, payment, VIP activation, and order verification. Information may include WeChat nickname/avatar after authorization, user identifier, device information for security verification, order number, product, payment status, and VIP validity.
4) Crash and performance monitoring: We integrate Tencent Bugly and similar services to monitor stability and diagnose issues. Information may include Android ID or similar identifiers, device information, crash stack, error logs, performance data, and app running status.
5) Local media processing: When you use Music Video Helper to process audio/video files, we access files you actively select or authorize. Such processing is normally performed locally on your device. We do not upload your selected local media files to our servers for ordinary editing, conversion, playback, or saving.

a) We do not sell your personal information. We do not provide, rent, share, or trade personal information with unrelated third parties unless we have your authorization, it is necessary to provide services you request, it is required by law, or it is otherwise described in this Policy.
b) We may share necessary device, account, order, log, and payment information with affiliates or service providers for account security, payment processing, membership recovery, crash analysis, advertising display, analytics, or customer support. We require recipients to process information according to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
c) We may disclose personal information according to applicable laws, court orders, regulatory requirements, rights-protection procedures, dispute handling, or to protect users, us, the public, or third-party lawful rights.
d) In the event of merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, bankruptcy, or similar transaction involving personal information transfer, we will require the new holder to continue to be bound by this Policy or seek your consent where required by law.
e) For users outside mainland China, sharing and disclosure will also be subject to mandatory data protection and consumer protection requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
a) The App supports registration or login through third-party accounts such as WeChat. With your authorization, we may obtain nickname, avatar, gender, region, and account identifiers from the third-party account so that we can identify you, provide login, recover VIP entitlements, and protect account security.
b) To protect account, service, and content security, we and our affiliates or service providers may share necessary device, account, order, and log information for fraud prevention, risk control, and dispute resolution.
c) We do not transfer personal information to unrelated third parties unless we have your explicit authorization or another lawful basis.
d) We retain personal information only for the period necessary to provide services, protect security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. After the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize the information unless otherwise required by law.
e) You may access, correct, delete, or manage your account information where the App provides such functions. You may also request account deletion. In the App, account deletion can be initiated from "Me - Account Management - Account Deletion" or the corresponding account page, depending on the version.
f) After account deletion, we will stop providing products or services based on that account and delete or anonymize relevant personal information according to your request, unless retention is required by law or necessary for dispute resolution.
a) We take reasonable security measures, including encryption, de-identification, access control, permission minimization, log review, and secure transmission where feasible. Please also protect your account, password, device, and verification code. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
b) When using network services, payment services, or third-party services, you may need to provide information to transaction counterparties, payment platforms, login providers, or service providers. Please provide personal information only where necessary and contact us promptly if you discover leakage or abnormal use.
a) We may use app usage information, device information, ad interaction data, and user feedback to provide personalized recommendations or ads where permitted by law and your settings.
b) You can enable or disable personalized recommendation in About > Settings. After disabling it, the content or ads you see will not rely on personalized behavior data, though non-personalized ads or service messages may still be displayed.
a) To ensure normal operation, we collect basic information such as hardware model, operating system version, network device hardware address where permitted, IP address or approximate location derived from IP, software version, network access method and type, and operation logs.
b) To reduce the impact of bugs and improve interaction experience, we may upload behavior information and crash logs to Bugly or similar platforms for crash statistics and behavior analysis.
c) Advertising providers integrated through the App may have their own privacy policies. We do not provide your phone number, nickname, avatar, friend list, or similar account information to ad providers unless expressly disclosed or authorized. We require third-party providers to comply with applicable laws and take confidentiality and security measures, but their independent processing is also subject to their own policies.
a) Purpose: When you share or receive shared information, copy local file paths, invitation codes, links, or similar content, the App may need to access clipboard content to enable jump, sharing, recognition, or copy features.
b) Special note: Some operating systems may display a prompt that the App is reading the clipboard. The system prompt may not distinguish whether clipboard information is collected or only locally read for a feature, and false prompts may occur. If you have questions, contact us so that we can investigate.
We request system permissions involving personal information only when needed for specific features. You may deny permissions. If you do not use a feature, we generally will not request the corresponding permission.
Network access: requested when installing or using the App, for account, payment, feedback, ads, analytics, crash reporting, and service delivery.
Photo/media/storage access: requested when you want to read, edit, convert, save, or export audio and video resources in your album or selected folders.
Device information: used for compatibility, security, statistics, anti-abuse, and crash analysis.
a) To provide and optimize services, the App embeds third-party SDKs. After obtaining authorization where required, these SDKs may collect personal information while helping us provide more complete services. We manage SDK use according to applicable law and app-store requirements.

SDK governance: We review provider qualifications, impose contractual restrictions, use technical controls where feasible, conduct periodic reviews, and provide user controls such as permission management and personalized recommendation switches.
User rights: You may learn about SDK collection through this Policy, manage permissions in system settings, limit ad tracking where supported, contact us for inquiry, and complain if you believe information is collected improperly.
Risk notice: Although we take measures to protect personal information, third-party SDK providers may independently process information under their own policies. We recommend that you read their privacy policies and manage permissions and personalized recommendation preferences.
Consent mechanism: SDK collection that requires consent will start only after your consent, such as through the initial privacy pop-up or feature-specific permission request.

a) We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice where required. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the App. Continuing to use the App means that you accept the updated Policy.
