M4S Converter Auto-Renewal Service Agreement
Hushan Hushan (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
This M4S Converter Auto-Renewal Service Agreement supplements the M4S Converter VIP Service Agreement and User Agreement. Please review it before subscribing, especially the automatic charge, reminder, cancellation, refund, and amendment terms.
Auto-renewal starts only after you actively select an auto-renewable plan and tap “Agree & Continue” in the second confirmation. Rejecting, navigating back, or dismissing the confirmation does not initiate payment or activate auto-renewal.
1. Service and Benefits
M4S Converter auto-renewal keeps the corresponding VIP benefits active after each selected billing period. The plan name, included services, billing period, amount due now, and renewal price are the values actually displayed when you confirm the purchase in the app purchase page, the second confirmation, and Huawei In-App Purchases checkout.
A promotional price applies only for the period and conditions shown. Charges for later periods use the renewal price clearly displayed and accepted on the purchase page.
2. Activation, Charges, and Renewal
After you agree, Huawei In-App Purchases charges your HUAWEI ID and its linked payment method for the initial purchase and automatically renews and charges the corresponding price before each billing period ends. Payment methods, charge order, purchase records, and payment results are governed by the Huawei platform pages and notices.
If a charge fails because of insufficient funds, an invalid payment method, account status, or another reason, Huawei may retry under its rules. VIP access may stop for the next period if renewal is not completed.
3. Renewal Reminder
Huawei generally sends a pre-charge reminder five days before an automatic renewal through system notifications, the In-App Purchases message center, or another supported channel, and sends a result notice after charging. Timing and delivery depend on Huawei platform rules, system version, and your notification settings.
4. Managing and Canceling Auto-Renewal
You can tap “Manage Subscription” on the app purchase or account page to open Huawei subscription management, or use system settings:
- HarmonyOS 5.0 or later: Settings > HUAWEI ID > Payments & purchases > Subscriptions.
- Earlier versions below HarmonyOS 5.0: Settings > HUAWEI ID > Payments & purchases > Auto-renewals.
Labels may vary by device or system version; follow the actual Huawei page. Complete cancellation before the next charge. After successful cancellation, you will not be charged for the next period, and paid access remains available until the current billing period ends.
5. Refunds and Support
Auto-renewal is a digital service. Refund eligibility, processing time, and benefit revocation are governed by applicable law, Huawei In-App Purchases rules, and the actual order page. A successful refund may also cancel the subscription and revoke related benefits. You can review the order or request support in HUAWEI ID purchase records, or contact feedback@hshstech.com about payment errors, duplicate charges, missing access, or other issues.
6. Service and Agreement Changes
We will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, Huawei platform page, or another appropriate channel if subscription prices, services, charging rules, or this Agreement materially change. Where law or platform rules require renewed consent, we will obtain it before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, cancel auto-renewal before the next charge.
7. Privacy and Contact
We process account identifiers, product information, order information, payment status, and membership validity required for auto-renewal under the Privacy Policy. We do not store your full bank-card details. For questions about this Agreement or auto-renewal, contact feedback@hshstech.com.
