1. By downloading, installing, logging in to, accessing, or using M4S Converter (the "App"), you are deemed to have carefully read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer, the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other service rules published for the App.
2. The App provides M4S scanning, merging, audio/video conversion, playback, and sharing tools. You are responsible for ensuring that the files, media, links, text, images, audio, video, and other content you import, process, export, publish, or share are lawful and that you have all necessary rights or permissions.
3. Content or materials reproduced, imported, edited, converted, or shared through the App do not represent our opinions, and we do not verify or endorse their truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, legality, copyright status, portrait rights, privacy compliance, or suitability.
4. Some information, media, links, open-source components, third-party SDKs, payment channels, account login services, advertising services, or app-store capabilities may be provided by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or services that are not under our actual control, except as required by applicable law.
5. You expressly understand and agree that your use of network services, media processing, file conversion, sharing, payment, login, and other features involves risks including but not limited to network interruption, device failure, storage failure, incompatible formats, inaccurate recognition, unsuccessful conversion, and third-party service exceptions. Please keep backups before editing, overwriting, deleting, or sharing files.
6. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide any express or implied warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, compatible with every device or file format, or suitable for your specific purpose. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to reduce impact when service interruptions or defects occur.
7. You may not use the App, directly or indirectly, to violate applicable laws, public order, platform rules, or the lawful rights of any person, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, trade secrets, and data protection rights.
8. If a third party claims that content processed or shared by you infringes its rights, we may remove, block, disconnect, restrict, or otherwise process the relevant content or account according to applicable law, platform rules, and reasonable rights-protection procedures.
9. For users outside mainland China, references in the Chinese version to Chinese laws, administrative authorities, or judicial authorities should be understood as including applicable laws, regulators, courts, consumer protection rules, app-store rules, and data protection requirements in your country or region where relevant.
10. Issues not covered by this Disclaimer shall be handled according to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, applicable laws, and generally accepted internet service practices. We reserve the right to update this Disclaimer where necessary.
