Before purchase

Credits are used for supported cloud-processing services in this product. They are not a subscription or automatic renewal. Price, quantity and validity follow the offer returned by the server at purchase time.

Use only the official payment entry actually offered for your device. Cancelling payment does not automatically charge you again or initiate another purchase.

Fulfilment and settlement

A successful payment callback does not itself prove that credits were granted. Server-confirmed orders and the credit ledger determine fulfilment. Refresh the record or contact support if delivery is delayed.

The maximum required credits are shown before confirmation. Final usage follows server settlement. Failures, cancellations and released reservations are reconciled against final task, order and ledger records.

Refunds and support

Report duplicate payments, missing credits or service failures through feedback with the order reference, time and issue. We review payment, fulfilment and usage records under applicable law, platform rules and actual delivery. We do not promise that all spent credits are refundable.

Credits are not for transfers, cash withdrawal or exchange across products. Check pending tasks and orders before account deletion and contact support about unresolved purchases.
