Welcome to GIF Toolbox VIP service.
Before using GIF Toolbox VIP / Super VIP services (collectively, the "VIP Service"), please carefully read and comply with this GIF Toolbox VIP Service Agreement (the "Agreement"), the GIF Toolbox User Agreement, and the GIF Toolbox Privacy Policy. Please pay special attention to terms that exempt or limit liability, rules for paid services, refunds, dispute resolution, and applicable law.
By tapping to agree, purchasing, activating, renewing, restoring, or otherwise using the VIP Service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement. You may not later claim that this Agreement is invalid or should be revoked because you did not read it or did not receive answers to your questions.
If you are a minor or do not have full legal capacity under applicable law, please read this Agreement with your parent or legal guardian and use the VIP Service only with appropriate consent.
This Agreement is entered into by all users who activate or use GIF Toolbox VIP Service ("you" or "user") and Hushan Hushan (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "GIF Toolbox").
2.1 This Agreement is a supplemental agreement to the GIF Toolbox User Agreement and forms an integral part of it. If this Agreement conflicts with the User Agreement regarding VIP Service, this Agreement prevails.
2.2 This Agreement also includes service rules, business rules, promotions, benefit descriptions, payment page notices, and other rules about the VIP Service that we may publish. Once officially published, they form part of this Agreement.
3.1 The VIP Service is a paid value-added service. You may activate VIP by paying fees through methods designated by GIF Toolbox, including but not limited to WeChat Pay, app-store payment, or other official channels, or by participating in official campaigns. The actual price is the amount displayed on the purchase page when you activate VIP.
Because VIP Service is a digital service that usually takes effect immediately after activation, fees are generally non-transferable and non-refundable after successful payment, except where required by applicable consumer law, app-store rules, payment platform rules, or where duplicate charges or inability to enjoy the purchased service is caused by our technical fault. If you request a refund, you may need to provide necessary information and cooperate with verification.
3.2 You may not activate VIP for yourself or others through any of the following methods:
(1) Using robot software, spiders, crawlers, scripts, or other automated programs.
(2) For profit-making, resale, business operation, or non-personal purposes.
(3) Through improper means or in violation of good faith, such as exploiting rules, system vulnerabilities, abnormal orders, or black-market activity.
(4) Through channels not designated or authorized by us.
(5) By infringing our or any third party's lawful rights.
(6) By violating applicable laws, regulations, policies, app-store rules, or platform rules.
If you violate the above rules, we may modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of your VIP Service based on the circumstances, without compensation or refund except as required by applicable law.
3.3 All VIP benefits are subject to the benefit descriptions published on relevant pages of the GIF Toolbox client. We will strive to provide cost-effective services, but may adjust all or part of VIP benefits based on business development, product iteration, platform review, legal compliance, or technical reasons. Adjustments will be displayed on relevant service pages.
3.4 Your VIP validity period starts from activation and can be checked in the App. Before expiration, the App may display renewal reminders. If your VIP membership expires, we will stop providing VIP benefits, and any resulting loss of benefits shall be borne by you unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4.1 You must correctly use and properly safeguard your GIF Toolbox account and password. Losses caused by leakage, loss, theft, or unauthorized use not attributable to our fault shall be borne by you.
4.2 The VIP Service is a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license granted to you on the condition that you comply with this Agreement and applicable laws. It may be used only for non-commercial and private purposes.
4.3 We may limit the number of devices that can log in to or use the same VIP account. If the limit is exceeded, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate service for the account according to the circumstances.
4.4 Due to the nature of virtual digital services, VIP benefits may not be returned, exchanged, redeemed for cash, traded, pledged, transferred, resold, or used commercially, except as required by applicable law or platform rules. Please purchase VIP only through official channels. Virtual products obtained through unofficial channels are not protected, and we may suspend or terminate related services.
4.5 To use resources reasonably, you agree to follow published usage periods, file limits, size limits, frequency limits, device limits, and other service rules. If usage exceeds your benefit scope or violates rules, we may notify you and restrict account benefits, including but not limited to preview, playback, upload/download speed, conversion, export, sharing, or other functions.
4.6 We may modify VIP benefit details, fee standards, payment methods, renewal methods, discounts, or promotional rules. The specific policy is subject to information published on relevant service pages.
5.1 Unless otherwise provided, the VIP Service term is the period you choose and pay for. It takes effect after purchase or activation and ends upon expiration, termination, or account deletion.
5.2 You understand that internet services may require maintenance, adjustment, upgrade, fault handling, security response, third-party infringement handling, or policy compliance. Reasonable time spent on these matters is included in the service term and will not be separately compensated unless required by applicable law or app-store rules.
6.1 You may not engage in any of the following:
(1) Violate this Agreement or the User Agreement.
(2) Violate applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, or legally binding requirements.
(3) Disrupt our provision of services to any third party.
(4) Harm computer network security.
(5) Harm our lawful interests, partners, licensors, or other users.
(6) Obtain illegal gains through resale, transfer, sublicense, account sharing, abnormal orders, or similar conduct.
(7) Use technical vulnerabilities or third-party software to improperly expand benefits, bypass limits, or threaten system operation.
6.2 If you violate this Agreement, we may independently assess the situation and take one or more measures, including deleting or blocking information, restricting or terminating all or part of the VIP Service, deducting VIP benefit time associated with the breach, freezing or disabling abnormal benefits, refusing refunds, requiring compensation for losses, or reporting to competent authorities where required.
7.1 Payment methods, renewal methods, prices, currencies, taxes, and payment confirmation pages may vary by country/region, app version, distribution channel, and payment platform. The actual information displayed at purchase prevails.
7.2 Where the purchase is made through an app store, payment platform, or third-party channel, refund and cancellation rules may be governed by that platform's rules in addition to this Agreement.
7.3 For users outside mainland China, nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8.1 We may adjust, suspend, or terminate VIP Service or specific benefits due to legal compliance, technical changes, security, app-store review, third-party service changes, business adjustment, or force majeure. We will provide notice where required.
8.2 If you delete your account, stop using the App, violate rules, or your membership expires, VIP benefits may stop accordingly.
We process personal information related to VIP Service, including account identifiers, order numbers, product information, payment status, membership validity, device information, and customer support records, according to the GIF Toolbox Privacy Policy.
For users outside mainland China, this Agreement will be interpreted together with mandatory consumer protection, digital content, data protection, app-store, and payment platform rules applicable in your country or region. If a mandatory local rule conflicts with this Agreement, that mandatory rule applies to the extent required by law.
