By accessing or using HSHS (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.'s ("HSHS Tech") products, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

HSHS Tech provides mobile and desktop software applications including but not limited to GIF Toolbox, Music Video Assistant, M4S Converter, and SmartDock. These services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Our products may offer free and paid plans. Pricing is subject to change with notice. Current pricing is always displayed on our product pages.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through the respective app store (Google Play, Paddle) on a recurring basis unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our products are owned by HSHS Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our products. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or decompile our software
Use our services for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Distribute malware or harmful code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
